This policy describes the information used when you access MouzaCAD, sign in, work with surveys, and submit payment details.
Account and Google sign-in
We use Supabase to manage authentication and account records. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase process the sign-in request, and we receive account information such as your email address, name and profile details made available by that sign-in. We use this information to identify your account and provide access to the service.
Survey files and browser storage
MouzaCAD uses browser storage for language preferences and locally saved survey work. Survey images and drawings are processed by the tools you choose. Locally saved work can be lost if you clear browser data or change devices, so keep exported backups. Avoid submitting personal land records or files unless you are authorized to use them.
Subscriptions and payments
Account records can include token balances, membership status and expiry dates. When you submit a manual payment, we record your account email, transaction reference, amount, package, payment method and submitted time. Payment verification records are stored using Google Sheets and used to review payments and manage access.
Service providers and external requests
Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate the website. Map tiles, land-record searches, Google Drive file links and other external resources may send requests to their respective providers, which can receive network information such as your IP address. The website also integrates Vercel Analytics for usage measurement. These providers handle information under their own policies.
Cookies and security
Authentication uses session information, including cookies, to keep you signed in. We use access controls for account and administrative functions. Do not share passwords, session tokens or private documents with other users. No online storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and your choices
You can sign out and clear locally saved browser data at any time. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Payment and operational records may need to be retained to resolve transactions, disputes or applicable obligations; contact us for details about a particular record.
