These terms explain the conditions for using MouzaCAD. By using the service, you agree to use its tools and account features responsibly.
The service
MouzaCAD provides map viewing, drawing, survey calculations, file tools and access to supported land-record services. Available features may change or be temporarily disabled for maintenance or administrative reasons.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account and payment information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use only files and records you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate balances, submit false payments, disrupt the service or misuse third-party data.
Survey results and land records
Results depend on source maps, calibration, image quality and the information you enter. Verify measurements and land-record information independently before relying on them for a purchase, boundary decision, official submission or dispute. MouzaCAD does not issue official ownership documents or replace a qualified surveyor or the relevant land authority.
Packages, tokens and manual payments
Review the displayed price, tokens, features and validity before choosing a package. Manual payment submissions require verification; submitting a reference does not itself guarantee activation. Contact support about incorrect charges, failed activation or refund requests. Do not assume an entitlement is active until it appears in your account.
Your files and backups
You retain responsibility for your uploaded and locally saved content. Keep exported copies of important work. Browser storage is specific to your browser and device and may be cleared; it is not a guaranteed backup service.
Availability and third-party services
Google sign-in, Supabase, external maps and land-record providers can become unavailable or change independently of MouzaCAD. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, the completeness of external records or the accuracy of every calculation.
Access restrictions and changes
Access may be restricted for misuse, security concerns or maintenance. We may update features, package offerings and these terms. Contact support if you believe an account restriction or entitlement is incorrect.
